As defined, Synergy is "the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects."Thus, the synergy in ME and with ME and together ME, we make an awesome team.
Each person reading this blog has synergy; how you use it is truly your choice. Let;s look at the phrases in the definition: "the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances or other agents.". You are the interaction of your body parts called organs, starting with your thought process located in your brain (check top of head to see if it is still there- knock on head once softly!)This is where we first learn souinds of voices, music, external environmental sounds that as a small infant we do not yet recognize by name nor association but we know something as we hear it and it becomes a memory in one of our brain segments. The interaction of the sounds and your ears are cooperating with each ohter, unless that sound is so loud that we cry because the sound measures louder than our small ears like to hear. Or, we have been given another sound from or body part that causes a reaction for food, or poop change, or want of being held. Now, we have seen how the interaction of two or more organizations come together to create synergy. And, these cooperative interactions
"produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects." That is Synergy in ME.
